Hi my name is Kindra. A bit of background about me is that I started jiu jitsu at the age of 4, competing at the age of 8, I had my first assistant coaching job at 10 and by 16 I progressed to being a head coach. With this experience I feel I’ve discovered first hand the best ways for kids to excel in both jiu jitsu and in life through training. I additionally enjoy travelling to continue learning new ways to achieve this from some of the greatest coaches across the world
Gracie jiu-jitsu has since grown and expanded around the world from its humble beginnings in Rio de Janeiro. Focusing on technique and leverage, jiu-jitsu has become a widely-practiced art- from the mats to the octagon and to everyday life, jiu-jitsu has become above all a lifestyle.
